Protocol, anyone?

As regards business ethics, nothing beats a sales person who is most polite, courteous, humble and open-minded. Even the most irate customer would soften when faced with a professional sales person as this one.

However, there are really instances when even these so-called super sales men seem to succumb when pushed to the wall. That's understandable alright. But then again, when one is into sales, he has to ever and always bear in mind that one good and satisfied customer escalates sales beyond expectation. Therefore, just settle on thinking about the sales and its domino effect and youll forget about negative emotions previously felt. That's protocol!
